Timberland Ridge support
Open a ticket, pick a category, and keep your Discord DMs open.
One connected process
Start here
Timberland Ridge support is handled through our Discord ticket system.
Join the Timberland Ridge Discord, open the tickets channel, and use the ticket panel to select the type of help you need.
Once your ticket is created, our bot will contact you through Discord DMs. You can continue the conversation with the support team directly through your DMs.
The DM-based process
Your ticket starts in Discord, but the support conversation happens privately through direct messages.
Join the official Timberland Ridge Discord server.
Navigate to the tickets channel and locate the support ticket panel.
Select the category that best matches the issue you need help with.
The Timberland ticket bot will contact you through Discord DMs. Make sure your privacy settings allow direct messages.
KEEP YOUR DMs OPEN
Timberland's ticket system communicates with you through Discord DMs. If you open a ticket but do not receive a message from the bot, check your Discord privacy settings and make sure server members are permitted to send you direct messages.
You should also check your Message Requests if Discord places the bot's message there.
Choose carefully
Selecting the closest category helps the right team understand your request sooner.

Use this category to request review of a ban, mute, kick, warning, or other moderation action issued to you.
If your moderation DM contains an Appeal This Decision button, use it. Otherwise, open an Appeal Review ticket and provide your case number with a clear statement explaining why you are requesting review.
Prepare your ticket
Providing complete information when you open your ticket helps the support team understand the issue and respond more efficiently.
The more useful information you provide at the beginning, the easier it is for staff to investigate your issue.
Reports
Include the username or ID, explain what happened, provide the approximate date or time if known, and attach supporting evidence whenever possible.
Reports are handled confidentially. Information may still be shared with appropriate staff members when necessary to investigate and resolve the report.
Appeals
Use the Appeal This Decision button in your moderation DM when available. Otherwise, open an Appeal Review ticket and include your case number with a clear explanation.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed.
Response times
Tickets are reviewed in the order they are received. Response times vary depending on staff availability, the number of open tickets, and the amount of investigation required.
Please avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same issue, as this may make it harder for staff to assist you efficiently.
Leadership contact
For serious matters that require the attention of Timberland Ridge leadership, you may contact the Board of Directors directly.
bod@timberlandridgerp.comThe Board of Directors will review your message and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
For ordinary support questions, technical problems, reports, appeals, and purchase issues, please use the Discord ticket system first.
